CTK Psychology & Emotional Wellbeing charges below the official recommended rates from the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Private Clients
Initial and continuing consultation/s are 50+ minutes in duration.
A maximum of 10* sessions can be claimed through Medicare Australia per calendar year.
Telehealth sessions are currently available.
*This fee can attract partial rebate at any Medicare Australia office.
*An out of expense amount applies.

Work Cover, TAC and Victims of Crime Patients
Work Cover, TAC or Victims of Crime patients must have psychological treatment approved
by their insurance company or agency prior to appointment.
Private Health Fund Rebates
A proportion of your consultation fee may be reclaimed through private health funds.
*Please note, you cannot use your private health insurance ancillary cover to top up the Medicare rebates for these services. You need to decide if you will use Medicare or your private health insurance ancillary cover to pay for the psychological services you receive.
Payments are required on the day of the patient’s appointment.
Payments can be made by EFTPOS, Direct Transfer or Cash
Cancellations Policy. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will attract a cancellation fee. This is not covered by the rebate. If clients have any questions regarding payment, please ask at the beginning of the initial consultation.
